RETREATS

Join us October 25 for a One-Day Dayfulness Mind Retreat (also known as Mindfulness Day Retreat) with experienced yoga teachers: Kevin Leep & Sasha Saur.
Price includes a hearty breakfast snack, fresh juice, a nourishing vegetarian lunch, and endless hot tea. You’ll experience intentional and accessible yoga practice, pranayama, several forms of meditation & mudras, Tibetan sound healing, and an extended period of silence. We will also be sending everyone off with a gift at the end of the day.
The studio space we are using has some yoga equipment we can use, but plan to bring your own mat, and any comfort items (additional blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, etc). Remember you will be spending longer periods in seated meditation, so you may want your meditation cushion/bolster. Please let us know if you have accessibility needs, we are happy to accomodate! We also invite you to bring a journal for reflection.

"This was my first weekend yoga retreat and I thought it was great! I enjoyed the fact that we had some free time on Saturday to explore other things even though the trip was for yoga. I also enjoyed that it wasn't overly intense yoga for the majority of the sessions and enjoyed the meditation portions as that is something I haven't made time to do in my daily schedule yet so it was a nice treat. I appreciated that Kevin and Caitlin were very chill and real people. Cindy was great and the food was healthy and delicious! Overall, I had a really positive experience"
