Join Kevin and Sasha for a weekend immersive plunge into asana, pranayama, and meditation. We will explore traditional poses from multiple perspectives through the lens of props and support. In addition to rolling out your mat, you’ll be exposed to the yoga rope wall, yoga chair, bolsters, blankets, and blocks. These tools will help you explore + embody the actions of the poses in a new way.
You’ll be with us for 8 hours spanning two days:
4 hours on Saturday, April 11 from 11:00a-3:00p
4 hours on Sunday, April 12 8:00a-12:00p.
This will be a small group, hands-on yoga exploration, so plan to arrive curious and open for an opportunity to deepen your Svadhyaya (self study). This experience is designed to bring new awareness to the layers within the most unique + essential piece of your yoga practice: YOURSELF!
Kevin and Sasha hold the tradition of yoga in high regard and continue to grow in all dimensions . We want to share that experience with a special group of students. Arrive curious about your structural alignment and open to the possibility of creating change through your many layers of being.

We encourage attendees to bring blocks, blankets, a strap, and a bolster for their practice. This is a gentle nudge or loud push to continue to invest in your practice by purchasing quality props*.
*We’re happy to help you find props for your practice and we have a few items we can share if needed. If you’re looking to invest, we recommend the quality, authenticity, and non-toxic props from YogiKuti or Jade Yoga.

You’ll park and head inside the door off the parking lot on Lake Drive, you’ll ramble your way upstairs in the building and find a glass door with “TaiChiGung” written on it. That’s our space!
Your water bottles, purses, phones, snacks, etc. can be left in the coat rack area.
We will only bring our “essentials” into the yoga room:

The price for the two day workshop is $285 and must be paid in full at registration.
If for some reason you need to cancel, you’ll be refunded up to $225 (There is a $60 non-refundable reservation fee) within 2 weeks prior of the workshop. If not cancelled before March 28, you will not be refunded.

"This was my first weekend yoga retreat and I thought it was great! I enjoyed the fact that we had some free time on Saturday to explore other things even though the trip was for yoga. I also enjoyed that it wasn't overly intense yoga for the majority of the sessions and enjoyed the meditation portions as that is something I haven't made time to do in my daily schedule yet so it was a nice treat. I appreciated that Kevin and Caitlin were very chill and real people. Cindy was great and the food was healthy and delicious! Overall, I had a really positive experience"
